I'm going to be conscientious about this
I'm going to eat more and at the proper time. No more one-meal-a-day thing. No more waking up at 9pm. No more going to sleep at 8am. I've got a few more days left until classes begin and I will get my life a little healthier. I will.

I went on them before I saw my partner and went off them shortly after I left. I lost my appetite shortly after I got back home and I've lost weight. I can't fit in so many jeans I own and so many jeans I tried on at the mall. I wear a size Europe 36 or 38 now. The few items that have US sizes say it's a size 4. A size 4 when before I was like an adult 00 or 0, sometimes a 1, like at Banana Republic or Express.
