So yesterday someone donated a statue of a hand. I challenge every last one of you to unexpectedly pull a stone hand out of a bag and not let the conversation delve into puns ("You've got thumbthing interesting there" Jesus Christ). I actually can't think of a reason for having such a statue other than puns

I had pancakes today, too! We don't have them on Shrove Tuesday over here, and I was feeling left out. Plus, who really needs an excuse to eat pancakes?

I'm sure having a statue like that can come in, ah, handy sometimes. I know, I know. Sorry. Except not. :D

My pancakes were so awful I gave up on them. I really don't think the self-raising flour helped. Any excuse for them though!

I am a bit disappointed too. I blame the alcohol - when I commented here I was in a somewhat blurry and non-punny state. /o\ Gotta hand it to the other people commenting here though; some excellent punnage!
