Personality: On the outside, Karkat is a rather rowdy sort of fellow. He tends to lash out at others easily, pointing out their mistakes and judging them before knowing them even a bit. He's easily frustrated to the point of ragefits and he doesn't even know what the word patience really means.
On the inside, though, he's more than a little insecure. He always seems to be questioning his every decision, and never has much faith in the ones he does make firmly. This definitely hampers his ability as a leader and, even further, as a person in any society, be it Troll or human.
Beyond that, once you get closer to him, he's someone who actually cares a great deal for his friends and companions. He's fiercely protective of them to the point of risking his own life.
