Porn mags, among other garbage, in the utility box--I'm surprised that the three safety triangles are still there and intact. Inside the new International mid-roof. Wow, this thing is severely lacking in the space department. We barely have enough room for both mine and Keith's stuff...we got all of it in, though, but it's packed. The bunks are the same size as the Freightliner, but they're closer together. That's the end of this truck. Its final resting place will be in Tontitown, AR, where it will be retired and sold back to Freightliner for dismantling. Last night I blew a tire on the trailer, which was the final nail (pun intended) in the coffin. We stopped in Gary, IN last night, then on to Seymour. This truck is on its last leg. The air drier was clogged, so Freightliner bypassed it. Now there's a leak in the air compressor's seal, so engine oil is getting into the air system, and subsequently being sprayed all over the brake chambers, wheel wells, engine compartment and trailer header ( Read more... ) -
