I just saw a thread about a story on 60 Minutes about how some US Army Reserve Soldiers abused Iraqi Prisoners in a prison camp near Baghdad. I looked at the pictures and I read the story on the CBS News web site. And I was disgusted. I couldn't believe what I saw. I read peoples comments about how people were showing that they didn't support

The problem is that these soldiers probably didn't think of it either. Well at least on the Arabic TV or at least the one I was watching (My roommate, who is from Kuwait and Jordan, translated) were covering the story and talking about how pissed the President is over the whole situation. I am sure though that there are some channels that said this was how it was how all americans are and all us soldiers are. But let me stop ranting. I would like to thank you for your support, (I sound like I am running for office) but I would like to remind you (as I was reminded from an incident earlier) that the us civilians who have also left their families behind to support us here in Iraq and the families they left behind, also need your prayers.

I saw you mentioned in littlebuhnee's Journal and I "hopped" on over. I am interested in reading about your experinces. Your welcome to add me back, but I do want to warn you I'm rather liberal and don't like Bush or the War. I *DO* support the troops that are over there doing thier jobs, without question.

Some other quick stuff about me is i'm 23 year old female, I live in Pennsylvania My mom works for the DOD on an army depot so i'm familiar with some military stuff. My father is retired from the same Depot. I noticed we have same birthday so that is really nifty eh?

I noticed you mentioned that you are looking for other soliders, I know potus is in the military, I don't think he is over seas but I might be wrong. I've seen him in some of my poltical communities.

Yeah, I concur 100%. Hey, what were you Med Discharged for? If you don't mind my asking. You know, When ever I see a message from you. I never know who you are at first. For some reason I keep thinking you login is Tiffers. So when I see everaftertrance I don't make the connection and I am asking myself, "who's that". I think it is a subliminal message in your Avatar. ;) Love your Avatar by the way. Really catches your eye.
