What good is a heart of gold if it can't buy you happiness

I just got back from my cruise in Alaska last night. It was amazing. The sights were beautiful. The food was orgasmic. The service was impeccable. Probably the best family vacation I've ever been on. I whole-heartedly endorse Celebrity Cruise Lines. Maybe later I'll post some of the better pictures I took.

but... )

laziness, vacation

Don't feel bad about switching your major. A lot of people do it. Also, let's hang out.

I don't feel bad, it just sucks that I'm doing it so late. Have you seen Howl's Moving Castle yet? I'm going with the Stewart bros. to see it tomorrow night, you should come.

I like the one about the cat.

You were in school last semester? I'm just kidding. I remember you going to class because I drove you there. That guy from Sabina called and wants to know why we didn't say anything. You should watch autofocus (sans parents), it's really weird. I feel lame posting in your livejournal.

Oh Stephen, don't go calling yourself lazy about anything other than school. You were in your first relationship and that causes anyone to sort of cut off from the world socially, even if they don't want to. I mean, it happens to everyone in relationships where they are such good friends with their partner. I mean, look at me and my buddy who already posted. As for the laziness with school you shouldn't feel bad about it because you weren't THAT lazy. I mean, you were as lazy as I am and most other people at UGA, you were just in a major that you weren't passionate about and was incredibly difficult ( ... )

5 years? Probably more than that, but whatever. I haven't gotten around to playing Ico yet. I haven't really had access to a PS2.

It couldn't be much more, I imagine you've finished all of your core and the major classes (if you're taking 15 a semester) would only take 2 years (including summers) I would think.

an exact quote of my own thought the other day, "when is stephen gonna get back from alaska so i can hang out with him!?" i'm not kidding. an exact quote. i still owe you dinner for you being freakin awesome and fixing my computer. and we could talk about our similar crappy school situations.

p.s. dont feel guilty and blame yourself. you're awesome. some things could maybe be done differently. other things could just be meant to be. you'll figure it out eventually and freakin enjoy every single part of the "figuring out" process. you know? you know.

No worries Stephonopolis, you haven't seen laziness until you've seen me. I've lost passion for school as well, just seems like there's something more important to be doing, but then I realize I'm a lazy bastard.
