Also: I said I would send you meal plans, then I realised that all meals are pretty similar, then I thought I should tell you that so you didn't just think I hadn't bothered with them. Basically, I eat between 100-250cals of something protein filled (quarn mince, fish, or occasionally chicken)then the other 200-100cals is made up by veg, eg 100grams of steamed savoy cabbage is 27 cals, carrots 18/100grams ect. It's pretty boring when I put it like that, I just try to have different veggies instead if the same everyday since they end up making most of the plate. See? You really wern't missing much when I didn't send my meal plans. And then every now and again when I'm not having a 'good' meal I'll have Mc Donalds or something :p
I agree living is most defiantly the thing to do. I also agree eating oranges is the thing to do but please, why in the shower?????

Thanks for the meal ideas. I need to buy more vegetables. I just don't keep my fridge stocked very well. What is quarn mince??
My paper is actually on the Tibetan refugees that are living in northern India. I am going to study how their diet has changed now that they live in India.
I hope your dissertation is going well!!!
