Last night I got invited to a cafe for dinner by my neighbor. She told me that there was going to be a classical Indian music concert, but the concert part got canceled so she was going to go just for dinner with her friends.  I made an appt for some outpatient therapy at an eating disorder very close to where I live. Next Thursday at 6:00 pm. I'm scared. And how did I deal with this fear?  Today was the Holi Festival (Festival of Colors) at the Hare Krishna Temple. I went with my roommate and some good friends. We threw colored chalk and danced and had a wonderful time.
