Idk, I think eating nutella straight out of the packet is a valid life choice. Then again, I'm fat... but I did it when I wasn't fat, too. xD

With that said, I'm kind of a master of self-sabotage so I related a lot to this post. <3

Ughh this. I am a chronic self saboteur and always find ways to derail my own success. Your examples even applied to me and it's uncanny but refreshing to know I'm not alone. It's the admitting the problem that's the first step but it's a constant battle to overcome the fear. Because "achieving things is scary"

Self-sabotage is so frustrating, because you are doing it to yourself. I thought your concluding truths were right on target. You were wrong about the Nutella, however. Nutella has no calories. Nothing bad ever comes out of the jar. All the bad information you hear is just another myth perpetrated by Big Diet.
