So I spent the first part of this story going "what? is this really what happened in the beginning of this movie?" at my roommate, since it's because of her that I've ever seen it at all, but the one time we watched it we started halfway through and she was explaining stuff to me the whole time. But the point is! That wow, the beginning of this was incredibly sad, and I was so worried that it was going to end like the movie did (and then I was going to weep, because oh my god) but then! But then! You fixed it. And all was right with the world.

I had a timeline of events open while I was writing it so that I could have a semblance of correctness running through it (even though it wasn't exactly the same). I'm glad you liked it. I was so, so tempted to make it a sad ending, but I just...had to end it the way that Ryan would've made it happen, so.

the butterfly effect was such a great movie...so take great movie + my OTP = amazing-ness!
this was such a good idea
and i'm happy with the ending....ryan and brendon are together and everyone lives happily ever after!!

Wow. This was extremely thought-out and amazing and just wow. I love all the different situations you made up, and how something things are true (smoothie hut!) But most aren't, like Ryan being in MCR & Gabe, ahaha. Great job. <3
