I'm glad Victor and I had a very calm Christmas. I don't think I would've had the energy for that New Years party, otherwise! I'm not sure what time Victor and I wound up leaving Pete and Stitch's, but it had to be around three am. That's far past my usual bedtime

Have you been to Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester? It reminds me a little of something on his spring menu last year, but a bit more adventurous.

I'm quite proud of how it turned out. I've enjoyed having the free time lately to experiment with some new recipes.

I have actually, though not for a while. I seem to only go to the Dorchester when my parents are in town. I ought to go more often!
