I love this conversion, but before I download I have a question: does this use the normal version of the beehive or the version with less energy drop?

I thought I had used the one with the lower energy drop, but I double-checked and discovered it is not.

I updated the version to be less tiring: Download

You'll still need to download the original .zip for the additional files. Let this file overwrite the original. It has the same GUID.

You can change the values to whatever you like using this tutorial:

Thank you for sharing this conversion! :) I miss the beehive and honey from TS1, so your latest download is inspiring me to try a little beekeeping in TS2!

Also, I'll be rooting for the smoker and the honey-bear jars. Good luck with adding them to the files!

I love this added bit of gameplay Gwenke made (She's got harvestable Castaways plants, too). Glad you like it!

I get so happy when someone converts a fantastic ts3 mesh! But then you took it a step further and made it functional! I'm so impressed and excited and thankful, it's really cute and congratulations (I have a feeling you learned a LOT of new stuff while doing this) :D

I ran across Gwenke's beehive on the hunt for the TS3 conversion (I still think I've seen it somewhere else). The idea was too irrestible.

I learned a few new things, but mostly how to stand on the shoulders of giants when it comes to joints. The hard work had already been done for me.

This is great...thank you! Love the thought of random deaths and always love seeing items from the Sims 3 make their way to the Sims 2. :)
