you dont need to lost weight! he told you to drink an assload of water right? DONT. youll lose minerals and vitamins. and pee sooo much!!! haha. drink what youre supposed to (64 oz) its actually helped my skin and ive gone from 122 to 113 lbs in a month...but ive also been eating weird. i wouldnt advise not eating enough, but i have some tummy problem. yeah where is britt? is she in austin or dallas or is she here???
