Well, it appears that Jean and I will probably have to move out of this flat and in to somewhere cheaper. It's a better solution than starving to death so we can have a balcony. I might sell my mini too. I don't really need it. We'll see how things go.

And Jean is just one of the most amazing people I have the privilege to know.

I know Kait's already offered, and me offering as well will seem a little like throwing every so many houses at you, but my old house, it's empty. I've already said I want to set it up where people who need it can live, and I've said I'm worried about that too- what I really want is someone that I know and trust who needs a place to live and also would be capable of taking care of the house and gardens, and other people who live there, if more do move in later. Um, what I'm saying is, I think you're capable, totally, easily capable- and I trust you, and I know you don't want to accept charity, so think of it more as a job. A job with a place to live.

And you'd still have a balcony ;)
