You should think about what exactly you do not want to eat. Only meat? Or also fish or sea food? dairy products? eggs? If you leave out only meat, then be sure you have a lot of milk or cheese in your diet. (proteins) If you don't want to eat meat + dairy products + eggs + fish go for soy milk and cheese, but it won't be cheap. You want recepies that do not contain meat? Well, how easy does it have to be? Can you make pizza? An omelette? ratatouille? Any vegetables you do not eat? Give me some input and I'll send you a bunch of recepies, even my personal, all italian recepie for pizza.....muahahahaha!
