-It's generally been my experience that girls are more likely to wear exciting underwear when they DON'T have a boyfriend.

-Sometimes it's better to just go ahead and let them have whatever word they want. Just rise above it. If you don't care, they're just throwing twigs at the ocean.

-No one can hurt you like the people who you've cared about most.

-I'm not going to tell you what to do with your pill, but continuing to take it might be empowering in that it reminds you that you have the freedom to do whatever you want (even if you're not going to).

Hmm. I do think once the boyfriend's been around awhile, it's true to that the girl stops caring about the cute underwear. But it is kind of fun to go buy some at first, or under certain circumstances. More money to save for a nice apartment in August.
