So this cleanse is sort of like a spiritual journey of mind over matter. I just realized I haven’t blogged in 2 weeks, but not a lot is going on. Global warming seems not to apply in LA. It was in the 40’s last night and only 55 as of 10:30 this morning.  WTF?  This is like the North Pole for us!  LOL. It’s  crystal clear and sunny though, so that’s good.
