Warning: what follows is a tale of woe that befell me last weekend. It's not necessarily the most tasteful story, but I'm still gobsmacked by the sheer irony of the situation. So I hope that justifies my relating a moderately disgusting episode

I blame some chile verde that I'd had for lunch. I'd thought it would be good after a few days in the fridge, but apparently not....

Fortunately, there were none. My stomach felt fine, though the rest of me embarrassed, frustrated, and laughing at the sheer absurdity of the situation. It could have been a lot worse, and at least it makes a good story.
