Supreme Court "justice" Ruth Bader Ginsberg is dead. While many on the left are mourning her passing, I can barely restrain myself from saying, "Finally." I started playing Fleet Command on my phone a few days ago. It's a multi-player game based on Star Trek, and I've found it quite addictive. It's past midnight here, and normally I'd turn off the lights and go to sleep. However our AC stopped working sometime last night, and it's currently a balmy 81°F (27°C) so even with the fan on I'm uncomfortably warm right now. Yesterday was Cha's birthday. So I took her to Palo During Canyon. We had lunch there, then sat and read for an hour or two. Then came home. It was fun. Except for the driving which I don't enjoy, but it was worth it to make Cha happy on her birthday. When we got back her Ember coffee mug was waiting outside our door.
