• Socrates is a prize jerk who looks down on everyone

• I actually kinda like him (so far)
• ancient Greeks have no humour.

Watched The Day the Earth Stood Still today.

Went to watch 海角七号 with Dudu today. Really liked it. Normal characters, normal looking cast, but that's what made it special. Because it's normal and not overly cliched. The pehpeh who insisted on playing his instrument was really funny. And I liked listening to them squabble in hokkien 8D The music was really quite good too ( Read more... )

That really sucks. Guess that applies even to writng essays and assignments.
Now. I've been working on this paper for the entire afternoon (maybe more than that) and i think that all i've written are unsubstantiated crap. Agh.

I think it's more appropriate to call it Mooncake festival than Lantern Festival. Srsly, who actually carries lanterns during the festival other than kids. And those that they carry look absurd.
