Awww *pat-pat* Well, I really liked it! I had done so well staying not spoiled so that I could enjoy it when Mikami went nuts and Matsuda grew a pair. And I absolutely agree that Brad Swain did an amazing job. Seriously, I loved the work that he and Alessandro Juliani did in this series in making the dub just a joy to watch and I'm sorry that inconsiderate people did that. :\

I thought it was quite good, myself. *hug*
Don't feel too bad... some phrases are the necessary ones even if they've been abused elsewhere. XD

Aww, you need a hug. The hug however, is not a trap.

Maybe we can chill together this weekend?

Arg, sorry, I didn't check my email yesterday and missed this. :P I'm afraid I've been working most of the weekend anyway. :-( Perhaps next weekend?

Ohhh... Don't feel bad. That's a perfectly viable English phrase that just happens to have been temporarily commandeered for I-net hooliganery.

Now, if you'd said, "Someone set up us the bomb" or "He's in our base, killing our dudes," well, then I might see your point.

As it is, I'm sure this particular Netfad will be forgotten, while Deathnote will endure.

I don't see why it's your fault. If it was justifiable as a translation, then there no reason you shouldn't use it.
