I too have considered stopping these LJ entries since facebook is much easier. However, it is also more difficult to keep journal entries limited to certain users if posted on facebook. Additionally, there is a sense of tradition when writing on Livejournal. How many years have we been doing this? Why stop now?

I think that, in some cases, writing is more about self-reflection than spreading a message to the people. Perhaps we can find our true selves while searching for the right words.
