#117 - The Comeback

I last wrote here on December 2, 2006. That was apparently 77 weeks ago, as LJ informs me. I've been keeping abreast of entries made in my absence, and especially those which are directed at me. I too have considered stopping these LJ entries since facebook is much easier. However, it is also more difficult to keep journal entries limited to certain users if posted on facebook. Additionally, there is a sense of tradition when writing on Livejournal. How many years have we been doing this? Why stop now?

I think that, in some cases, writing is more about self-reflection than spreading a message to the people. Perhaps we can find our true selves while searching for the right words.

Not the diesel engine, I hope, since I know nothing about diesel engines. I'm thinking more along the line of their embedded systems division.
