Fourthwalling: Honestly, I don't really mind recognizing Issei (as if anyone would), but I'd like to play him without being explicitly fourthwalled.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm okay with talking about sexual things, but tend to get squeamish about more offensive... offensive subjects.

Hugging this character: Yes. Men will get a 'wtf are you doing?' or a whole lot of blushing depending on how well Issei knows them. Women will get flailing and struggling to get away as soon as possible unless you're really, really close to him.
Kissing this character: Absolutely. Men will get a more pronounced version of the hugging results: a rather angry wtf, or the blushing and zoning out song and dance. Girls will earn his undying emnity, or at the very least make him terrified of them.
Flirting with this character: Sure! He... probably won't recognize it unless it's extremely overt. It will lower his opinion of any woman if he catches on, though.
