Well, the biggest news this past week is that Bret will be out of a job come Nov 16 unless he gets a job offer from somewhere else.  So that sucks.  But at least we have money set aside so we will be alright, we just have to curtail our spending and adjust our lifestyle.  That is going to be so hard, I'm used to living a certain way and not ( Read more... )

Today we went to Louisville to see Jason and hang out for a bit.  We had a great time. We didn’t leave Indy until about noonish , which put us down at his house around 2.  We went to the Falls of Ohio State Park and looked at fossils.  It was pretty interesting.  There were a lot of fish just jumping in the water and it was so cool.  Just staring ( Read more... )

Well, haven't posted for a few days.  Last Friday night I had so much fun!  I stayed at Aaron's house with Levi and Nicole!  I had a great time.  I wish I could do that more often.  Saturday I drove home and Bret and I had an ok day, but then Sunday he was all stressed out again.  So Sunday sucked.  Monday sucked as well.  Tuesday was better.  ( Read more... )

People who drive while talking on their cell phones sometimes drive me insane.  Not all of them.  Just the ones who try to cut over 3 lanes while trying to get to the exit they need and then they can't decide what lane they need in once they are on the exit ramp.  Just so you know.

Ugh, today was such a long day.  Dr Paget was in a mood.  My legs hurt from standing so long in surgery.  He kept saying stuff to me under his breath about the people that were in the room and I was getting so annoyed. Tonight when I got home from work we planted grass.  I am going to be so stiff and sore tomorrow.  I have blisters on my hands from running the machine we used.  I am hoping that all the hard work is worth the effort.  I'm hoping I didn't miss a spot and the grass grows funny.  Because that would look strange.
