Even though I was bad this week, and didn't exercise at ALL, I still lost 1/2 a pound. Not great, but better than the other. It was just such a crazy, stressful week. Anyhow, I bought myself two new DVD's - Yoga for Wimps (poses for the flexability impaired) and Bellydancing for Wimps (moves for the agility impaired) Lol. It should be fun, and both
