Apparently, I'm the youngest person on faculty at my school. (This got announced in front of all 200 of us at breakfast one day.)

I would be really bothered, except now the bar is really lowered for me. Anything decent I do will be followed by: "And you're so young, too!"

I love easy street.

I'm signing my contract today-- just to let you know, the county really does want my blood-- and I bitch at how long they take, how much money I have to pay, that I have to pay for fingerprints (though I did that 6 months ago) and that in 15 minutes I have to be at work which is 40 minutes uptown ( Read more... )
