Home is nice.

I woke up early (meaning before noon) today so I could meet Murphy out for lunch. We consumed food whose only redeeming quality was that it was grilled and served on wheat buns (chicken covered in bacon covered in swiss cheese covered in honey mustard), then drove around Columbia. We talked about a lot of things....

I'll spare the details of the home visit. After three years of college, they start sounding pretty generic after a while. I mean... the experience worth recording is what happens in Bowling Green. This is more like the commercial break.
So in effect, know this: I'm fed, clean, and sleepy.

I just got out of my interview. Agenda from this point is as follows:

1. Change out of dress clothes
2. Rush up the hill for my paycheck
3. Be on the interstate and bound for home by 1:00.

It's been a LOOOONG week. I'm looking forward to sleep and a fridge full of unsuspecting leftovers.
