This weekend was nice. Aside from the media still hovering around campus and the church service we went to Sunday, it was kind of a welcome change from last week. Plus, it was nice to be held and cuddled in strong arms again.

My words cannot adequately describe how I and the rest of the Hokie community are feeling. When I left Blacksburg early this afternoon, the whole town was alien. I drove down Main Street with my window down, and it was so quiet. Few people were milling about, and those who were out were mostly clustered in small groups, talking and hugging.
