In your afterglow
Heal me from all this sorrow
As I let you go
I will find my way
I will sacrifice”
-Afterglow - INXS

Wow. What a week. It ranged from being horribly mundane, to heartbreaking, to elation. So many things happened this week: My birthday, meeting up with old friends, learning a few secrets, worrying about a ( Read more... )

"Afterglow"...good song.

I love how your posts are all so much easier to read than my babble lol.

Aww sorry you missed out on the laser tag (too fun) but glow-in-the-dark mini golf is fun too.

No way! That many people for those few positions? Yikes that's scary.

Squee a job! That's awesome I'm happy for you!

Been to see X-men but I read the reviews first so I sort of knew what to expect. Yet again Star Critic is an idiot. Ebert is fairly bang on though... *swears not to spoil* How long do you figure is a good waiting period between seeing a movie for a second time if that's what we're gonna do?

Lol well now we've had the massive livechat conversation into the night and I've read your comments but yes, sounds very good!

Hopefully next weekend since I think I'm busy the weekend ever. Go me actually considering going to Sailpast *doesn't admit that this is partially because Chris might come*

Squee for meetage!

Yay, Uz is with me! I love ya just for that, mate ..um... in a totally manly, platonic kinda way of course XD

Can't believe you said "snazzy" *lol* I've only heard that once from one of my friends over in England who uses it as a retro-style type of thing.

Good for you to have a job *throws confetti*
Now that you've got money, I suggest you go and buy the multiplayer X-Men games for PS2 (Rise of Apocalypse is the 2nd... forgot the 1st's title). If you've got one or two friends who'd be up for it, it's good fun...and that's an understatement :D

They will sing of our manly, platonic love for years to come, Matt. ;)

I never used to say Snazzy until University when my neighbour kept saying it. I guess I kinda picked it up (along with 'spiffy'), and dont worry about the PS2 games, i'm well on my way to making a list of all the games I will now splurge on.

Take care brother,
Uz

I hope you both realize that your 'manly platonic love' will now constantly be brought up in livechat if you both happen to be on.

It's almost on the level of Dan and his magical grassy powers.
