back from dc, safe and sound.  had a great time!  will post more about it tomorrow, but for now, i'm crashing.  the kids are clingy... it's cute when they don't want to say they missed me, yet their actions say otherwise.  :O)

 Think I'm gonna fly over to Washington DC next month to see the Edvard Munch exhibit at the National Gallery of Art.  Probably a mid-month, Fri night- Sun night trip.  The Gallery and the Natural History Museum are free, the hostel nearby is $33/night, the metro from the airport is about $2 and the circulator bus between the museums and the hostel ( Read more... )

long time, no post.

it's quiet here at the apartment, besides all of the iron and wine and concrete blonde i've been listening to lately. the kids have been gone for 2 1/2 weeks already. i'm 3 weeks into my goddess traditions class (just had my midterm last night), which is wonderful, and i start my fin de siecle europe (history) class next week ( Read more... )
