Lately writing feels like vomiting; i'm nauseous all the time but i have to stick my finger down my throat to get anything out and the results are not attractive. See? What an awful metaphor. Not that i think highly of my writing in general but i used to be able to spout florid prose easily or at least get my thoughts down

I missed the meteor shower thanks to cloudy skies...sigh. Too bad.

Also - wow, I thought I'd missed the obon festival. Yay for it being next weekend! Um... I'm not sure if I'm going or not. I'll think about it. Are you?
