Another Saturday at the office. All seems to be running well though. Just at a slower pace than I'd like. I'm re-stacking all the employees in my company to consolidate floors. I went and saw Oldboy at the Angelika last night. Really good film. Really uncomfortable to watch at times but really good none the less. It wasn't nearly as graphically violent as I thought it would be. Very dramatic though.

So Congress wants to extend daylight savings to save money. I'm all for saving our resources but I don't quite get this one. They claim by doing this will save 10,000 barrels of oil a day. Why? "Because offices and stores would be open while it was still light outside and therefore use less energy." Other than outdoor markets, I don't know of ( Read more... )

I love Saturdays like this. A good morning breakfast with friends, amboy00, bazzer, Antimere and icklefirsties, at Breadwinners. Lived vicariously at the Apple Store. Saw a really great movie. Finally found the Nick Cave CD's I've been looking for. The best thing is, there is one more day left. The bad thing is, we lose an hour of the weekend.
