THURSDAY
NO FOOD.
At least ten glasses of water.
Fifty sit-ups, one hundred leg lifts, stretches, repeat four times.
FRIDAY
NO FOOD.

um...if you're trying to lose wieight, don't stop eating. just keep doing the exercises and drinking the water and choose healthy, low calorie foods, like chicken or salad, and make sure you allow yourself one sugary treat a day too, because if your blood sugar levels drop you'll pass out, and you don't wanna do that on, for example, stairs.

And another thing, if you do stop eating, your body will eat itself, starting with your stomach lining. cheerio.
