i just heard that all public schools will be closed tomorrow... we're missing a snow day, kids...

better just to think of it as yet another slap in the face of Senior Walkout.

I'm actually thrilled that we're not missing any school. Hopefully they'll be back in by Thursday, though, so they don't clog up our glorious museum

the whale's classic. it was hanging there all suspended-like when we were young'uns and wasn't it even given a shout-out in Catcher in the Rye? the ambiance you're referring to you is (i think) the oh-so-temporary, whale-less one and not the original one. hopefully the original ambiance won't be, as you say, soured by flourescence.

we should stand in front of the gems and bend our knees, so that we look like we're wearing fancy earrings... *
