I got a really big nasty evil painful injection in my shoulder yesterday.
My arm kept hurting like hell!
I cried myself to sleep, mailnly because I just felt so helpless.
I woke up frm the pain twice (I apparenly turned around)
It still hurts now (though a little less I must admit)
I'm typing with one hand)

THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!
