VC’s Terms and Conditions
1) Please direct all enquiries to valbreeze.concept@gmail.com and place order by submitting a completed ordering form.
2) Please do note that payment should be made within 24 hours after the invoice is sent out. Items not paid within the given timeframe will be put up for sale without notification. Dead-buyers will also be blacklisted.
3) Payment by ATM transfer must be accompanied by a snapshot of the receipt for verification.
4) We regret that we only deliver the items via normal postage or registered postage. We will not entertain reservations, meet-ups and swops or trading.
5) We strongly encourage you to opt for registered postage as we do not hold any responsibility to lost parcels or damaged mailed out items.
6) All prices are non-negotiable.
7) All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will ensure that items are 100% in good condition before mailing to you.
8) It is deem that you have understood and will adhere to the ordering details, payment details, postage details and exchange policy, as stated below, once you placed an order.
9) Valbreeze Concept reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without valid notice.
