you are absolutely right about being positive on Blue Monday - and that's the whole point of the Blue Monday campaign - check out www.beatbluemonday.org.uk.

What was originally a formula is now used as the symbolic 'most depressing day'. The formula has uncovered a yet unquantifiable, yet real what's called a zeitgeist - a general mood that people can feel low towards the back end of January.

The whole point of the campaign is to be positive - and where possible do some good - eg support a charity, do something fun to cheer others up.

So, have a great Blue Monday - and yes, be positive.
