In addition to switching to decaf, I am under orders to cut my consumption of that due to the fact that it still contains caffeine. To this end, I brew my own delicious coffee at home in the morning and bring it to work in my to-go mug and a thermos. At lunch time I take the mug and thermos home and don’t bring them back. Headaches… Can you go through caffeine withdrawals by switching to decaf? I mean, decaf still has caffeine, so you shouldn’t be going through withdrawals should you? I’ve been getting headaches the last few days. Solidity. I had it just now. This is a very good sign. A real solid, not a smooth-solid. The last time I had a case of diarrhea that wouldn’t go away I had been swimming in a river.
