omg. I needed to pick kind of "profile" of what I'll learn when I was 15 and it still was guessing. I wasnt't sure till 5 years later. But our program is different and if you wan't to change from humanistic to more strict subjects it's possible [with a lot of wok but it's possible]. I don't understand why you have to do this so early. plus having bad teachers sucks I almost fail Math and Physics because of it.
I think we have to choose it so early because for Years 10 and 11 you have all your major exams. So you have to pick your subject in Year 9 ready for the new year. But it's crazy. What if I don't want to be a dancer when I'm older? I just don't know what life beholds in front of me.
And I'm so excited about self publishing. It should be done by christmas, that's if I actually finish the book!
Glah I KNOW. I'm 15 and I'm choosing my a-levels. Choose one wrong and my life disappears. It's stressful. THE DEADLINE IS IN 2 WEEKS WHAT THE FUCK.
God it's awful if you get a shit teacher. My english teacher literally took 5 marks off me because she 'felt like it.' So I', understanding the slapping urge.
"You are expected an A or A*" may as well be the motto of my school. It'll be okay though. DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE SCIENCES. Seriously. I don't get half of it and I want to be a biomedical engineer. It's stupid anyway, because it's pointless and NOT EVEN THE RIGHT THING. THEY TEACH LIES.
OMG BERLIN. We're going in December for the same topic.
Yes. It's the same for art. I don't want to explain exactly why I chose blue for the sky. It might be because THE SKY IS BLUE.
SELF PUBLISHING. Wow. That sounds so amazing :D (But don't have a meltdown. You have another year before the REALLY hard choice.)
(Sorry that this has basically been my own rant and of no practical purpose to you. I'm feeling the same way right now. GCSE's are
I just do not have time to write any more, you know? My first GCSE is in 26 days, mehp.
And A-Levels, I picked Dance, Media, Maths and Theatre Studies. But I'm thinking of going to college atm, to do a film course. It seems like my kind of thing. BUT, I live next door to my school, and my mum thinks it's a waste of an oppurtunity if I don't stay at school for A-Levels. Sigh.
I'll probably make my decision when I get my bloody results!
