The saga of the valley girl continues. It turns out that she stole 10,000KS from Amanda (US $200), so things at the camp turned a little ugly. I have been in Kenya for a week now. I am living in a Youth Hostel in Nairobi that is only 5 minutes death-defying walk to the hospital. There are traffic laws here, but pretty much no one obeys them. So trying to cross the two streets I need to cross in the mornings is pretty crazy. Millenium restaurant in SF makes vegan strawberry shortcake - with white chocolate mousse! A whole 5 star restaurant dedicated to simply divine vegan cuisine.
