Halfway around the world in the span of four days was fatiguing. I slept like a rock for a few days afterwards but I kept feeling more and more exhausted. I saw my doctor, explained the situation, he sent me for some blood tests and a monoscreen. Everything came back negative except for the purple underscores beneath my eyes and the 16- to 18-
