I feel like crap. I slept in today, sleepy Karl got the best of me. Okay so you know that little evil voice that you hear in the back of your head when you're trying to wake up? I hate sleepy Karl! Well, he was my best friend this morning though. I didn't get to sleep until four this morning. I'm not even going to try and go to class today. I am so sick. This is ridiculous! I have a low temp of 95.2, a cold, a migraine, and a stomach ache. Wooooo. This is going to be a great day, I can tell. haha. Anywho. MOTIVATION! See, I just motivated you. Hmm...Well, if you would like motivation, here it is. Think about the results. In the end, its totally worth it. Think about how good you will feel once you lose all the weight that you want/need to. Make a list as to why you want to lose weight, I did, and I actually motivated myself to get off my butt and do a 15 minute work-out,even though I didn't feel like it. I hope this helped!
