I find that the days I have oatmeal for breakfast it's SO much easier to stick within caloric limits. No joke! Especially if I do get instant or something that's a lil sweet - it helps combat sweet cravings through the entire day.
I grew like an inch compared to when I first started this weight loss business. I'm 5'8''. I used to be 5'7''. This makes me happy even though I'm a bit upset I'm heavier now at 158lbs. So I had a very very UGH time with my period, meaning I didn't touch the gym and I ate normally (aka didn't diet). >.< Thankfully today looks like the last day of my period so I should go back to normal. I'm not kidding. I went to the gym (elliptical for an hour, w00t!), did the push-ups, did the sit-ups, and did the squats. Oh, and I also kept within the range for calories too. I'm very very VERY proud of myself
