Actually, the good news didn't start until Saturday as on Friday my favourite cyclist in the Tour de France, Bradley Wiggins, was forced to retire from the race with a collar bone fracture after an accident. This is a hard time to be a telly addict.
All the shows that started their run either last year (US series) or this year (shorter UK dramas) are all coming to an end*.
There's a few new shows gearing up for summer broadcast dates eg. Torchwood in July, but right now we're in telly limbo. This week saw the end of Glee (anti-climax final episode) ( Read more... ) -

Telly bollocks continues...
Watched the season finale of The Vampire Diaries last night. Bit of an anti-climax really. Seems most of the drama happened in the penultimate episode, especially as the idea they're going to write out one of the main characters just wasn't on the cards so the whole thing was pretty much a damp squib [what's a squib ( Read more... ) -
