Oh LJ, how I’ve neglected you. Ok people, here is what I’ve been up to:
1) I’ve been working my ass off (at the job and in the gym).
2) I’ve graduated from college.
3) I’m scouting grad schools.

Stop me if this story sounds familiar. Girl A goes to a party and meets another girl who is totally unavailable. Unavailable Girl gets hammered and wants to cuddle with Girl A. I have only 6 classes left until I graduate. I was supposed to graduate in May 2008 but I'm walking this Decemeber. I'm happy that A & I are in the same graduating class. :-) yay!

In about one week I get to take my vacation. Yay! I'm going to the Netherlands, and it just happens to be over gay pride weekend. I hear those Dutch folks throw one hell of a party, so we'll see if the stories are true. I'm looking forward to touring the Heineken brewery, and the oh so scandalous red light district. *giggle*

I'm happy to be 28. I feel that number is far superior to stinky 27. I'm getting a lot of kick ass nerdy presents, like a new keyboard(pics soon), a penguin kite, and a robot (I will have to build it myself). I also received a new car.... LOVE!

Bloc Party was wonderful(as usual), and the two openers(Maccabees & The Noisettes) were gems. I wish I could ditch work today and sleep, but I have all of these stupid meetings today, blech!

I'm finally going to see my Grandmother. I haven't seen her since I was 15, but I have been in communication with her via letters (yup, the snail mail kind) and phone calls. This is going to be a great trip for other reasons though, fresh country air, seeing my sisters again, and can I mention the food. Woooo! Sweet potato pie here I come.
