I learned something really cool today. I was at my chiropractors, and we were talking, and Jeremy was asking him (the Dr.) about what adjusting is and all that, and the doc told us that when he performs an adjustment...and the back sounds like it cracks or pops, it's not the bones cracking/popping against each other at all.
