Surgery is finally happening, we think?

Yay to the appointment! I can only guess that someone at the appointment desk doesn't know what they are doing.

They lost my first order for surgery and all my messages, and the best I got on one call was that the surgery desk person manages schedules for five people. It doesn't fill me with the greatest enthusiasm for my upcoming surgery, but I honestly think the doctors are good. Their administrators not so much.
