I'm going on a diet. I've decided to start with some baby steps. I'm giving up soda, ice cream, and coffee with cream and sugar. Instead I'm going to drink more tea and increase my water intake by at least one or two more glasses a day. That's to start with. I want to at least go to the gym once a week too.
