Out of over 200 references I've gathered in 6 languages, perhaps 30% of them are in Icelandic (the language of the 6 I read the worst). Why write archaeological excavation reports in Icelandic? Even if half the people in Iceland are interested in reading such a report, that's still only like, three people.

Because there's no money in Greenlandic media.

I do want to go to Greenland though.
