Life is crazy
Life has been nuts. My dad got into a huge fight with my uncle and aunt; the whole family is breaking up and my mom (who has dementia) needs special care. So. All this means I'm helping my parents sell their house and move up here to the Portland area where they can get the help they both need. Life updates
So...yeah...things are happening.
The hubby is in Portland, and has been since February. I'll be moving in about 6 weeks. We put our house on the market here in Buffalo, and accepted an offer. The hubby is in Portland, and I'm looking to be there in July or August. I'm still negotiating a work-from-home situation for my job. The new boss' boss has put my name forward for an Acting Director position for the new office we're creating (for which I've done 90% of the work). Been a while...
I've been meaning to update this, but things keep happening.
First, I did go visit my family about a month ago. While my mom isn't physically on the decline, she sure is mentally.
